Uses

For the relief of occasional sleeplessness. Reduces time to fall asleep if you have difficulty falling asleep. Non-habit forming. Not for pain, not for colds, just for sleep. Alcohol 10%.

Directions

Take only one dose per day (24 hours). Only use dose cup provided. Adults and children 12 years and over: 30 mL at bed time if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: do not use. Store at controlled room temperature.
