Easy to apply: Loosen straps and slide hand in. Pull, wrap and secure straps. Sizing: Measure around wrist 5.0 - 8.04 in. Hand wash, cold water. Do not bleach. Line or air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
